What are your delivery options?
We deliver through Royal Mail Special delivery. Proof of delivery is standard with this service and you can track your item online using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service.
How long until I receive my order?
If your item is in stock you should expect it to within 5 days of placing your order. Customised pieces can take up to 10 working days to receive. If you are unsure please contact us.
What is your size guide?
We work to 3 standard sizes, small, medium and large. These sizes are based on the UK finger measurements for L, N & P. If you are unsure of your size or think you have a slightly different finger measurement, please contact us and we can send you a size guide.
Do you provide International delivery?
Unfortunately at the moment we only ship to the UK. But if you would like to have something shipped internationally please get in touch and we can arrange delivery.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Please note that jewellery boxes are not tarnish-proof as they are not airtight. If you want to slow down tarnishing please use zip lock bags inside these or add silica gel packets or anti-tarnish strips to absorb moisture.
What is your returns policy?
Items must be returned in the original box via recorded delivery in the condition they were sent to you and anything we consider to be mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be replaced or credited.

We hope you love your Steff Wills Jewellery as much as we do. But if you change your mind we are happy to make a full refund or exchange on any item that is returned within 14 days of the order being delivered.
